HEALTHY ME EXERCISE CLASS

Class entrance fee $5.00 (minimal cost with amazing value!) No Registration required, please just drop-in.
Class Description: This is a beginner’s exercise class with no experience required.This is a “ fun”, low-impact and effective workout supporting weight-loss and overall strength conditioning. We will move and groove, strengthen and stretch, walk and breathe our bodies to a healthier you. You will take home great ideas of how to incorporate exercise into your daily life.

FREE Tai Chi – A Falls Prevention Program EXERCISE CLASS

Class Description: FREE series for those concerned about falling. This self-paced, low-impact class promotes awareness and understanding of the connection between Tai Chi practice and Falls Prevention. Movements promote balance, flexibility, strength and range of motion.

Suzanne Brownell, a highly respected wellness expert, founded her company Health Thyself over twenty years ago and is active in hospitals, school systems, corporations, and municipalities teaching and presenting prevention and wellness programs. She also maintains a full private integrative wellness practice.
